(1) In case of a situation written in section 19, the person importing a vehicle or in his absence, his immediate right holder is entitled to temporarily register the vehicle in the name of the person importing the vehicle by attaching the customs duty paid slip and other related documents along with the prescribed receipt in the prescribed format. Application should be made before the officer.
(2) When submitting an application in accordance with sub-section (1), the applicant must attach a certified copy of the Nepali citizenship and three recent photographs of the person in whose name the temporary registration will be made.
